Russell Murray Hospice

Russell-Murray Hospice exists to provide a holistic program of services to terminally ill patients and his/her families. We seek to enhance their quality of life by providing physical, emotional and spiritual care.  Working in harmony with the patient’s physician(s), clergy and other community resources our goal is to assist the patient and family through the difficulties associated with the realities of death and loss.

When facing the threat of death, a patient and his/her family experience many emotional, spiritual and practical problems.  The Hospice team is dedicated to preserving their dignity, integrity, and personal choices.  By providing pain control and other comfort measures we can assist in allowing for as natural a death as possible; one that is tranquil and dignified. 

The primary consideration is given to the need of sustaining the patient, as long as possible, surrounded and nurtured by family and friends.
